Each of our employees participates in
an intensive, 3‑day, multi‑media
training seminar. Every Key Manager and several experienced Site Managers
conduct portions of the training. Subjects covered include: Leasing, Maintaining
the Community, Apartment Preparation, Processing Move-ins and Move-outs,
On‑Site Accounting, Landlord Tenant and Fair Housing Laws, Sound Personnel
Management Practices, and Financial Training for Real Estate. Training
helps ensure that every community we manage follows the same set of procedures
